Graham Barrone

Graham Barrone D.Hyp, DCBT

Graham is a trained Hypnotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who continues to further his training in order to provide the very best in accelerated change techniques. As well as using more traditional psychotherapeutic approaches Graham uses a multi-diciplined blend of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to make the clients personal change as lasting and as total as possible in the briefest possible time in an atmosphere of confidence, acceptance and non-judgement.

At the Life skills centre Graham consults with clients presenting the many anxiety based disorders such as depression, panic attacks, fears and phobias Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

Graham is also a very busy Life Coach helping people to clearly define their dreams and implement a strategy for success.

Frances is a certified Life Skills Consultant with a wealth of professional experience as an educator and trainer in personal development. She has over 20 years of delivering a wide variety of programs to clients and individuals. The recognition of her good reputation and knowledge on personal health and well being issues has meant she is often invited to speak at meetings, seminars and workshops as well as radio.

The beauty of Life Skills is in its simplicity. The exercises and techniques when sprinkled throughout the your day will positively affect the body and mind, your attitudes and behaviour.

Learners of Life Skills build self confidence and self-esteem. They commonly find motivation and progress towards new goals in careers and personal relationships. Self discovery with insight brings about many physical and emotional benefits to reduce stress and improve outlook and creativity.
